Atc 70 Flat Track Project Underway!

Well, thanks to Kiser, Racedemon,Daddio and all the others...... I am underway on the mad flat track 70!!:lock: :lock: Got the big boy bars on it already, gonna pull the motor to stuff the 160 in her with the cobra and some other stuff. ebay finally.......been a biddin' and biddin' and watching.......finally!! Pretty happy....32.00 shipped.....one piece aluminum rims as well. tires 70%.... this project has got me jacked up man......... can't wait...:lock:

Good deal! I think we may be done for this year, but what a year it was. You look like you have the right stuff for a nice flat tracker. I'm going to try to make summit also. I think there will be a bunch of us showing up.:naughty: 1upfront is building a Honda engine for his and is almost done.

ya Daddio, Summit is the goal, should happen.....just waiting on the right motor, 150 or 160...........prolly just wait till christmas.....talked to Wholesalecycle and he is gonna have another sale soon...........will keep picture update.....

Good to see your back on track with your flat track 70, did you ever try more carb on the one you had here that day? I am putting a 140 in one for a friend right now, it will be done soon, good luck

never did try that carb.....I will though......looking for the cobra pipe now for both. The 90 rainy day flat tracker....:lol: :lol: needs rear bearings before I can come down in the spring and dominate again :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: thanks for all your help.....hope to have a real flat tracker to ride with you guys at Summit....:Bounce Oh ya racedemon........if they decide to water down and mud up the track at summit.......you can ride my rainy day 90......lol lol lol thanks again!!

:Bounce Update.... pics to come Kiser...... got the YX evos 150cc with carbon fiber stator, inner rotor, oil cooler in the mail all!!!!!! bump bump.........look at the progress!! A little grinding, welding, and here is where I am at. Gonna have hubs turned down this week and waiting for front bearings. Got the oil cooler mount made and got it mounted, New rear bearings,seals, brakes, sprockets,chain and some spray bomb!! Need to get a 14 tooth 420 sprocket.... did not know the china sprocket will not work??? Anyway, here is my holdup.... no wiring instructions with it, here it is.....can't get spark???? How would you wire this???? Well, got a small update?????? Dealer is sending me a whole new Inner rotor for my 150. Hubs should be here today to take to shop and have turned. Scored brand ne front tire, need tube or o-ring..... and still waiting on front bearings to get front together. Shouldnt' be long!!!!

I can smell Summit indoors!! Got my new inner rotor kit dealer sent me, got spark!!!! Got the coil, cdi, and wires mounted. Check out the 110 custom footpegs!! Not bad, waiting on rear hub and front bearings???? Gettin close to ripville all!!!!! Lookin good bro, I hope mines done by summit ive got most of the hard part done now with the yamaha motor swap but the porting and headwork still needs done and i got to hand cone or hydroform a pipe for it, then well be ready to rip. oh yeah and i need a new seat cover before i ruin my seat foam.
