I won a Canon 50mm F1.8 in a self portrait contest so I just went around shooting things at 1.8 haha. Some of these shots are well over 2000iso on my 5DMKII.
Just put one some brand new renthal grips today!

That thing is mad clean, shots are awesome as well. Wish I had a nice DSLR camera. Photography is one of the things I'd like to get into, mostly just to post pictures like that of my bikes. Also, those are the grips I just took off my bike, my dad has them, too. I liked them but they tore up my hands. I just put some Pro Taper Pillow Tops on and they are amazing. So much more cushion. Help absorb vibration, too.
Anyways, here's some pictures of my dad's:

Lol I am a photographer for a living haha. I wasn't going for sweet shots, I was just messing around with a lens I won in a contest. If I wanted great lighting I would take it into my studio and shoot it ;)

Oh, and I've heard that Canon 50mm F1.8 lens isn't the greatest. I remember my friend talking about it feeling really cheap and I just ran a Google search and came across an article stating the same. How do you like it? Can't beat the price and it looks like it takes some nice pictures, anyways.

It's not very good, it's all plastic and not weather sealed. All my other lenses are L lenses so this really feels cheap but it was free so I am not complaining! I really want the 50mm F1.4 USM.

I bought a Canon DSLR camera last year after growing tired of crappy photos of my young children with our old Sony point and shoot pocket camera and it's one of the best purchases I have ever made. I take pics of stuff all the time and they look great. Although I have nowhere near the know how or talent of a pro photographer it's nice to be able to take decent pics. I am still using my kit lens right now (18-55 AF IS) I love it compared to a point and shoot camera. I took the family to Disney earlier this year and took over 3000 photos that week with it. Any body considering a DSLR as an upgrade to their old camera, DO IT, you will NOT regret it.

Very true Coaltrain, one of the better investments you can make. I recently purchased a Canon 5D Mark II which was a nice chunk of change but that's how I make my living so it's worth it.

Nice clear pictures, but you wont like that toolbox! My dad has rebuilt 4 of his draw rails already because theyre made of such light metal. Hes only had the box 2 yrs. The box is very flimsy when loaded with tools.

I got some 20x11x9 Holeshots coming soon :beerI run Holeshot HDs all around on my 400EX, 20x11x10 on the rear. I love them, awesome desert tire. I've gone through a lot of thick bushes, sharp rocks and thorns and have never gotten anything close to a puncture. Probably gonna get a rear set for my dad.
