So it looked a lot cleaner before I rode it everywhere in the rain and mud for the past couple days. The thing is so fun. Never had any kind of ATV before, lots of street bikes though. I love this thing. Can't wait till I find a job so I can start restoring it.

I'd much rather have that than a beat up 350x that needed another few hundred before i could even attempt to take it out on the trails to get it covered in mud. Enjoy that one, and maybe over time find another one to restore while you still have one to ride...

Yeah, I am thinking either pick up another to restore. But this one came with another frame, so I might just paint it up. And just rebuild the parts (brakes and little stuff) then switch it over. The engine runs real strong, doesn't smoke at all, or burn an oil. Doesn't really need much, mechanically.

The frame that is on it was welded on the down tube. Looks like they did a real nice job. I read on here the 83-85 frames it wasn't that uncommon. And it came with an extra. The DG pipe on it sounds great.

Real sweet deal there. And I would get the other frame strip it wire wheel it and paint it up like you said. GRATZ.:TrikesOwn

Yeah I sold an old Toyota truck I bought for parts (already used what I wanted), it was just sitting in the field getting uglier ever winter. Now I got a sweet 200X. What's trailprotrailpro carb doing?
