I cant get the front sprocket to slide off the shaft i removed the clip and 3 bolts? any tips you guys have would be appreciated to get this thing off.

I sprayed it and have it loose but it seems like when i goto pull it off it gets caught and wont go its kinda weird.

should slide off,are the flutes bent or marred in any way?

They don't look bent to me its really weird I was thinkin about maybe gettin a gear puller?

Can you turn the gear then slide it off? Just a thought. I wouldn use a gear puller, you should never have to. You may end up breaking something.

I had a dirtbike with this problem, it just needs to be persuaded off. is there a groove in the splines where the sprocket can move freely, but anything after that it just stops? if so just put s small piece of wood somewhere by it and pry it off with a screwdriver or something. worked for me :wondering:

Its the atc 185 the sprocket moves freely real loose then when i try to pull it off it stops and wont budge
