There is plastic restore products. I'm not sure exactly how well they work. I've seen them in Dennis Kirk and shade Tree Pwrsports to name a couple. Or you could just buy a shiny pair of new maiers... :)

600 and 1200 grit sandpaper..get down to that unfaded plastic and it will look good as new, and the 1200 is so fine that it will look glossy as hell ;)

Wet sand it up to 2000 grit then buff it and itll get close. Aint factory shine, but better that that white glaze. I was able to get a better shine by using a heat gun to melt the surface but thats also a good way to ruin a fender!

I dont care if the fenders are $1000.... 134 still ISNT cheap.... unless you can pull 100's outta yer ass or you just have cash 2 piss away!

Well... there site says they have a bunch of items, but when you actually call them, they are discontinued. The guy at Service Honda said their website listing is updated 2x a year. They just went discontinued late May/Early June.

Hey roger 86200X, did you try restoring your fenders yet?I just did the head lite bezzel on a 225 i bought, this thing had a nasty glaze on it. first I used a new utility knife blade to scrape the glaze down. That alone made a huge diff. and saved a lot of sanding, then i used 400,600 and 1000 grit paper, didn't go too crazy but did a fair job. then i put my buffing wheel in the vise so i could hold the piece in my hand(note: don't use rubbing compound,I found that it causes too much friction and can do more harm than good) just lightly buff to a shine, then i put a little compound on with a rag and wiped it back off and rebuffed ,looks pretty damn good.p.s. when you sand...wet sand! ....think i'll try to find some of that plastic restorer....good luck!!!

Check on ebay for plastic polish, there is tons of it for sale. I have the exact same problem on my warrior, very very thick & nasty glaze, however, I found some 400 grit sand paper for my palm sander, Im gonna go over it with that first :).
