I have a chance to buy a 1972 atc 90 with the balloon tires still on it, looks like it needs a new front fender, and the guy said it is still in running condition. He wants $450.00 for it. --is this a good deal or not?

That front fender is going to be a BIATCH to replace. Good luck finding one. How are the tires? Dry rotteted? Overinflated? If theyre pretty perfect tires with very few blemishes, the tires alone are worst 2x + the price of the whole trike. ONLY if theyre good though.
