thought i'd post a couple pics of oldtime3wheeler's old 70. i got this on a trade with him. after i got it home i fully serviced the engine, 3 new sneaks, some pit bike pro tapers, and swapped out the turtle wax wax pad for a better flowing stock air filter. ran good most of the summer but now its going under the knife for some fresh paint and some much needed motor work.

I like the new tires and bars. How do your kids like it Eric? Did your buddy ever do anything with the 85 model?

thanks for the compliments all. i snagged the rear tires at my local dealer for one hell of a deal. the three tires were priced differently as they had been on the shelf for about 7 yrs. one was marked 49.95, 51.95, and 54.95. i bought these three tires for 72.00 out the door. i think they are dunlops and i dont remember the model but they are 17's.

tom, all of us really love the 70. these things really are the life of the party. we had this out at every gathering we had this summer and everyone rode it, wendy and i even got pictures of our dads riding this thing. as for the 85 atc70, Rich has put 2 new tires on the rear, accepted my old handlebar cover, and gave her a good once over with new axle bearings. last thing we need to find is an original tool kit and that one will be complete.

Eric, glad to hear that everyones enjoying the 70. They are a blast. I sometimes wish I still had all 3 of them.
My son loves riding the 110 I got from you. Its a little big for him, but he can grow into it.

Nice looking bike, with the pit bike bars it really looks like something anyone can get on and ride. How old is your son? Does he have any issues trying to reach them/steer? I'd like to buy one for Ben but i dont know, he's gonna be 4 in may and he's a little reckless and doesn't really pay as much attention as he should when he's riding. Right now i have a polaris sportsman 90 that he rides while i walk/run beside him with the tether cord in hand...

My son was 4 when I started him on his atc 70. I just set the throttle screw in real far and kept it in first gear.

my son is 4 in the picture. this 70 is actually my 10 yr old's machine. my younger 2 kids dont ride it much as they are intimidated by the 17 inch tires. the bars havnt really bothered them when they do ride it and i've noticed that my oldest isnt quite so hunched over when she is running it. the pit bike bars are nice for us big kids too.:D

I've thought about putting bigger bars on my sons 70. My son rides his trx70 more now then the atc70 so it would be a little more comfortable for me.
