Yeah, there was a kit, or at least one was planned. I've seen the diagrams. I think it used the ATC90 style round bucket, if I remember correctly. Whether it was ever sold or not is another question.
What I put on my son's was the DRATV one. Here's the link: http://www.dratv.com/athekitinwo.html
What I like most about this headlight is that it's very bright. Oddly, I think it uses the 15w bulb instead of the 25w. I'll have to look that up. But I didn't use a switch. This one is on all the time. I got some plastic plugs at my local hardware store to plug the holes, and it looks great!
Here's a pic....
Also look for my ATC70 taillight thread. Like a number of other people, I used an LED for the rear. Looks pretty good!

I have a complete red NOS in the box atc90 round head light with switch . I dont have the clamps or the harness . All you need is the hot wire from the acc stator and just a ground to the frame . The switch is built in the light .

When I bought this 70 it had a broken round light on it. I switched it to a older 110 square light with the switch on the headlight bezel. Used the round light mounts. Works great. I thought I somewhere on here that Honda did make a headlight kit for them.

Honda made a Headlight kit but it was only listed in the 73-74 parts manual.
In used an ATC/US 90 headlight, headlight mounts and tail light, but used a taillight mount and wiring harness specifically for the ATC70, and are hard to find. You can use the Dr ATV mounts and an ATC90 headlight and fab up a harness, remember ATC70s are 6Volt also.

I had that Honda NOS urge too at first....then I considered 2 things: first, I never really liked the light pattern on the ATC90 headlight (I have one), and to me a headlight on an '85 model seems like it should be square. It all comes down to personal taste, but I can tell you that the DRATV headlight really lights the way, much more than I would expect from a 6v system.
Having said that, I have a '79 that might get restored someday, and on that one I would probably go round. It has a more retro looking tank, and I think it would look better. The other thing you can't deny is that on the round bucket, the switch is built in.

the tail light is off an ATC90 ans they are on ebay from time to time, the bracket is very hard to come by. I have only seen one nos one and I bought it , I have found some used one but not often. I have the Dr ATV square on on my 73 and I like it.
