I went trail riding couple weeks ago with a couple of friends of mine. Well I don't know how, but my clutch lever on my 200x got bent? I'm thinking one of my buddies probably did it? Anyways i just wanted to see if there is anyway I can bend it back without breaking it? Or do I have to buy a new one? If I have to buy a new one, will any Honda clutch lever work?

Just go and spend $10 on a moose clutch lever and $10 on a moose clutch perch, find a style you like and run that. I run a 93-08 CR 250 lever, much like a 250r lever

You can solve the problem and go with ASV levers, but you will pay for it!

I'd bend it back using a large cresent wrench to help keep the kinks out.

I use a pipe. Just slip it to where the bend starts and start bending it back.

Good luck bending it back. I have a success rate of 33% doing that. Yes thats 2/3 that didnt snap completely off.. Stupid cast aluminum It's funny how they bend so much when you wreck or hit something and they bend FAST. But when you try bending them back slowly, and small ammounts at a time they snap right off.
I've used a propane torch on a few of them and had great luck, put the lever in a vise, heat it where you want it to bend and keep the heat on it, and bend it back slowly. I had one in a U shape and I straightened it.
