350x questions

will a 85 front brake caliper fit on 86 forks? I know they have different pads, but will the caliper mount up? I traded for some 350x brake calipers and i didnt know there was a difference between 85 and 86 calipers. Front and Rear

I actually don't know that one. But I have a 86 front brake setup I'd part with for pretty cheap.

Yes it will. You may have to gring a tiny bit off the caliper to make it clear... Did it on my 86 without much hassle at all...

should bolt right up. the lower leg of the fork is the same for the two years. i think i have several calipers of both years. i had some stuff stolen out of the barn they are in so i am not sure if that bucket of parts are there or gone.
