A really nice dealership near me is going to be holding an auction, to help the owner Dave Bettencourt fight Leukemia. The collection features his personal collection of vintage motorcycles, dirtbikes, and atv's, and YES 3 really nice looking 350x's, 3 atc 70's, 3 tri-zingers, and there are tons of other items. Here is a link with a PDF of all the items ...........BETTENCOURTS HONDA SUZUKI (http://www.bettencourts.com/)

Not sure if this has been posted or not but its a good chance for someone to pickup a real nice bike with probably really low hours.

Wow! That's quite a diverse collection. Too bad it's so far away. I don't have any money but just to check out some of those machines would be great.

Its a rotary engine. I believe the bike is a Hercules w2000 built in the early 70s.

And man that is one crazy awesome collection, the BSA's, nortons, bulltacos, moto guzzie, honda cub ct90s, hodaka. Just amazing.

3 really nice looking 350x's, 3 atc 70's, 3 tri-zingers

I have not spoke with anyone there but as I read it and saw in the pictures there is:

1 1985 350X
2 1985 70s
1 TriZinger

the # in the ( ) is a condition rating not # available.

Good cause. Maybe I'll go to have a looksie at the 350. Who knows maybe I'll get lucky.

Ok just got back from this. And all I can say is wow people are crazy! I know its for a good cause but way over priced.

The 1st ATC 70 went for a grand. Yea 1 thousand dollars for a very average condition 1984 70.

The 350 sold for 1800 bucks  And the 350 had issues. Not minor ones either.

Then add 13% auction fee.

I didn't bother to stay for the other 3 wheelers (another 70 and the Trizinger).

Anybody else go?

I was not there but had a VERY close friend attend. We bought enough to fill a 48 ft. enclosed.

^ NOTHING was cheap unless by chance you knew what you wanted and had to have it.

1000$ ATC70's and 1800$ 350x's don't cut the mustard...............

On a side note, if Dave gets help with his cancer, I'm glad people overpaid :D
