Winter is coming, a couple of questions...

First of all I have a huge bay almost right in my back yard (1.5 miles away). I'm thinking the son and I can get on that sucker once it freezes over and get some serious miles on the trikes, '82 BR200e and an '80 YT125.

1. Will these trikes haul ass for a few miles wide open in top gear? Or will something blow up/bust?

2. How long will it take for the YT125 to catch up with the 200e when both are full throttle for 2 miles?

3. How many miles can I get out of a full tank for each trike?

My yt125 is great on fuel. i drive it all day, and i can still see fuel in it at the end.

That's great news cox. I'll be bringing along extra fuel for the BR I guess.

The BR aint to bad on fuel either. If your only going that far i wouldnt even worry about it..

thanks again cox. What about the strength of the engines? will they be alright hauling ass for a few hours round trip? A few stops here and there of course.

shouldnt hold them wide open for ever.. you wont wanna one you get out on the ice.. donuts at speed are your friend!!!! used to 50 mph donuts on my old blaster... my record was 8 in a row before i ether screwed up or didnt have enough speed

I can ride all day on one tank of gas also I would not stay at full throttle for more then 15 mintutes at a time on the trimoto becaues its a two stroke and I would stud the tires so you have some form of traction.
