I have put an ATC 110 carb onto an ATC 90 motor because the pet cock was stuffed (thread was stripped in the screw holes). It is so lean (runs best with the choke on 3/4) and I was wondering if anyone has done this before? If so, what main jet did you end up with? I think the standard jet in the 110 carb is a 72 and the 90 carb has a 65.
My next question is around obtaining a jet, apparently the atc90 and atc110 carbs have a non standard thread for the main jets... anyone else agree?

I have a feeling around a 85 jet will do it but I need to know how to get a jet to suit if they are different and to see what others ended up with?

I hope to hear about experiences that others have had.

Ok here's the story so far, we put the 95 from the china carb and it fit but it's too rich now so I think we will buy the 85 jet and it will be sweet.

Are you running the factory air filter set up with good clean filter and absolutly no leaks ? The atc90/110 are very tempermental and this could be your problem .

yeah I know, i actually only recently said that to someone else in another topic.
The filter is the stock 110 one but the foam itself is hand made as the genuine one had pretty much decintegraged.
The 90 just doesnt suck as hard as the 110, particularly this one that is pretty much worn out so it needs the bigger jet to compensate for the lack of suction on the main jet.

btw shortline, I like your 90/110, its wicked!
