Hi I think I stumbled on an old scat Tracker, But I cant find anything about it. I would like to know if it is and more about it. Any help would be greatly apprciated. Is this a Scat tracker or something else?

the forks look very similar to my scat tracker though it does look a bit different here is what my scat tracker looks like
