1986 305x wiring diagram

my headlights keep blowing out, and im going to rebuild the engine this winter, sooo, does anyone know where i can get a shop manual that will give an overall wiring diagram as well as in depth rebuild instructions? also, anyone know specs for what the voltage at the head light socket should be?

Its probably your voltage regulator. But it shouldnt be much more than 13-14V max at the headlight socket i wouldnt assume.
