Negative, OEM fenders are very hard to find now. However, maier makes a nice set with the built in mud flap, so no need in trying to find those parts too. Good luck on the build and hope you dont part it out.

the plastic is dog wiener pink, the right side cover is missing(of course) the front rack is sh!t, the tank is rotted out and has a plastic tank on the rack. the front fender is cut on the back. but it dosent smoke and rides nice.

hahahaha dog wiener pink, and if the problems are all cosmetic and a tank then no big deal you can find parts all day long for them on e bay be patient deals come along.

Well I bought a big red in similar shape for around 50$ and put around 400$ into it with all new plastics and tank and was able to sell it for around 1300$. But with the economy the way it is, not sure what you could get for it, so either way its a gamble.

put 400 in it and maybe get a grand ... or sell parts and maybe get your money back. Red motors are pretty solid so not alot of demand. If it were mine I would fix it up as I found parts and then ride it till it sells

That thing sure is UGLY, but looks like it has Initiative to be a nice project.

OEM fenders are most certainly still available. I broke my mint one last winter, and ordered one a few days later I'll have to see where I bought it. It was like 120 for the right side.

You might find one once in a while on ebay that someone has but they are no longer available from Honda.

I just dug up the invoice, I correct my self, it came from direct line inc, I ordered it on 3/27/09, and it was 138.77, part # 80100-HA0-682. It seems the site now lists it at 147.00. I can post a pic if you want. I agree, it is alot of $. Especialy if your just gonna sell.

Looks like a project. Are the pics old or is the date wrong in the camera?

i didnt set the date they are from this morning. ya it will be quite a project...i just wish you could gear a big red higher but that would defeat thier purpose i guess

Taller tires will give it a higher top end speed. I still run out of rpm at 57 gps with 27's.

I say keep it. If it runs good have fun, not every trike has to be beauty pageant material. Ya Know? Rusty but Trusty.:beer
