Back to my BR '82 200e. Instead of looking for a reason why the carb is flooding the engine I'm thinking maybe I should be looking at what else is keeping it from starting and running.
Could the timing be off a bit and thus pumping too much fuel into the cylinder? If so, then how do I adjust the timing when it won't start?

THANKS!
