Score!

About pics.. You can get them from your temporary files in internet explorer.

If you are running windows XP, copy and paste this in a internet explorer window address bar.

C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\content.ie5

If you are using Windows Vista use this command:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Window s\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

Your pics of the trike should be in one of the many, many folders. Oh and you need to be showing your hidden files and folders.

Or wait till you get the bikes too..lol

Is that a homemade rack on the second trike?

cox
10-23-2009, 10:06 AM
i never noticed the rack, good eyes. looks like it might be redneck engineered alittle. But i can handle that. Selling a couple honda parts machines today to make room for these.

Nice score, yes, Curse winxp! But sadly that's all we run here at work so... I like the pull handle on the second one. Is that a custom job or? That would be cool to put on my kids 90's and 110's.

So cox did you pick up your trikes yet?

cox
10-26-2009, 10:28 AM
indeed i did, i picked them up on friday night. Saturday i was couch ridden, my wisdom tooth was acting up very badly. My wisdom teeth are fused to my jawbone, requires a pretty painful extraction. This week hopefully. anyways, sunday i got them unloaded and chcked them out a bit. when i picked them up the owner coldnt get either running. He was persistant that they ran and literally spent like 2 hours trying to prove his fact. in the end i said screw it, and loaded them up. It took me about 5 minutes and a fresh plug to get the one without the trailpros running. Ran like crap, but it still ran. changed the oil, filled it with fresh gas 50:1, and left the carb and oil injection alone for now. Oh, and i cut off the plugged inline fuel filter. Took it for a spin, in about 5 minutes was running really good. a 10 minute ride turned into 2 hours. It ran better after i got that old gas out of its system. She smoked alot, i guess the oil injection was still working, and i double timed the 2stroke oil, lol. I took that homemade rack off, and put a real grab bar on it. The other one with the trailpros has a pullstart that about 2 feet long!!! It has great compression, and should run without much effort. I didnt even try getting that one running yet. The pullstart was pissin me off and my face hurt so i went home. Im going out there today for a few hours ill take my camera and get some better pics of these things. The one runs great and the suspension on both work great so for 300 bones, i got a running 175 and at minimum, a parts bike and a donor for the 125.......

I wont be keeping those trailpros either....... lol:crazy:

I got the other one running with little effort. Eliminated the oil injection on both today as well. The first one i got running, runs really good. The other runs ok, havent cleaned the carbs on either yet tho. And the shift linkage is all warn on the one i got running today as well, you literally have to lift your foot to shift up, lol. seems pretty easy and cheapish to fix tho, which is nice.

so on my yt125 there is only one fuel line directly to the carb. on these yt175's there is a box after the petcock, which bleeds into two lines, one goes to the carb, and one goes directly into the intake after the carb? Me no understand, someone explain? old yellow?

Dirtcrasher

I think the box your talking about is fuel pump, there is two lines the first one goes into the fuel pump from the fuel petcock and the second line runs out from the fuel pump to the carburator, the third line runs from the intake to the pump it is the vacum line that operates the pump.

Does the pump look like this.
