In case you guys are wondering about the pic. I cannot ge my chain to tighten and i do not have service manual for it, i need to know what 4 bolts i have to loosen before tighting the chain, 2 on each side of the aluminum axle carrier.......

Besides the 4 bolts, the 2 on top and the 2 on bottom, I believe there is a stud with a nut or 2 on the front of the bearing carrier that needs to be adjusted also. It's been a while since I had a stock hardtail yt. I think you have to loosen the nuts to put tension on the chain and then tighten the 4 bolts back up. You should also have some kind of a spring loaded foot assembly that keeps some tension on the chain under the plastic chain covers. If you don't, It will be really hard to keep your chain properly tensioned.
Hmm, interesting. i will check this out as soon as i can. the grab bar was like that when i got it, just not as shiny, lol. one of the last parts i need so it looks good again. Thanks for the info guys.:beer

I don't know what the hell is going on but my computer will not let me modify the picture and post it up. can someone please draw arrows on the picture where the axle bolts are and the chain adjustment bolt. Sorry cox
