Already used the winch to tow out some quad guys. The big news that is not so obvious is the high comp. piston and cam that I just put in. I can turn those 27's as fast as I want in any kind of mud. Also the mid and high end is a whole lot better. much better acceleration. It feels like a different machine! I would consider a better exaust but I still use it for hunting and do not want to make too much noise. Any one use a 350x carb notice a difference?

You may want to gusset the crap out of the side supports on your front rack... The magic 8 ball is telling me that its life is limited in current state...

I figured the rack might bend too. So far so good though. The trick to pulling out the 4 wheelers is to bury the rear tires on the trike down in reverse while hooked up to them otherwise you get pulled towards them. Then reel 'em in. I have had to anchor the bike to a tree to pull out the bigger 4x4's.
Fyi if the rack bends I can easily make a better one that a train could not bend. 'Till then I will keep using the one on it.

With the 27's I can top out at 57mph gps. I have spacers so it is way stable.
Any one know of a gear reduction for this thing? Just would like to have a lower 1st gear.

By the way those tires let the rear slide great around corners. Way safer than tires that grab while taking corners.

Where did you mount your relay for the winch I have one that I'm going to mount on mine and how did you mount yours to the front rack??? LOOKS GOOD:D

Found a spot behind the left cover for the relay. 1/4 plate welded to the front rack for the winch to mount on.

Got the first grind. The other one needs higher rpm to get the power out of it. I love the way this thing runs now.

This has to be my most favorite Big Red I've seen of all time. Awesome work on it! I'm not much of a utility guy but this gives me a little inspiration!

Dammit!
