I have one and don't have any ATC 70 anymore....wanna buy it? I used it once.

you can use a steering wheel puller, just thread two metric bolts into the hole that hold on the starter cage.

try tapping on it with a good rubber mallet while pullin outward with the other hand........work for me usually unless it has some bad bad rust?? Don't be afraid to hit it good.......
