hopefully later 2 day ill be able to get the motor out of the frame and tear the top end of the motor is there anything that is common with these engine that would make it have no compression at all that might be hard 2 spot my compression gauge doesn't budge a inch and i know it will register down 2 10lbs accurately

With no compression at all sounds like a valve is stuck / bent open or a hole in the piston . it should be very obvious when you take it apart .

Is there any resistance at all when you try to pull start it?

well i got it apart it was obvious when i got the jug off . rings where worn beyond belief i couldn't tell they where even there it looks like im buying a new piston and boring the jug out a bit over size if any buddy knows of a piston that will boost compression and fit with out a huge over bore let me know

I have a powroll stroker and high compression piston and race cam in my klt110 but it was purchased back in the 80s . You could possibly call and see if they might have one . I checked powrolls website and they dont list anything for the klt110 but a call would'nt hurt .
