supertrapp exhausts

Installed a Supertrapp on my 350x, I rebuilt the carb as well on it-stock jet is a 138-I went up to a 140(stock needle on middle groove-stock slow jet) as the plug chops show a leaning out on top end, my question is how many discs are you guys using on your systems-what size jet?I have 8 in there currently, but low end has a slight bog,I prefer smooth transition from 1/4 to 1/2 and it flubbers just a bit, then clears out.:naughty:

Also, when rebuilding the 350x carbs,has it been your guys experinces to leave the Pilot screw out 1 3/4 AS THE MANUAL SAYS?It is alittle unclear as to the settings on it.:wondering

Yes-I did those instructions come with the slip-on system as well.I'll give them a call tomorrow in the AM for some tech talk.
