i have a 1984 kawasaki klt 110 threewheeler, it needs rings but my kawasaki dealer said i cant get rings or a piston. Does any1 know if a piston from another machine will work? and they made 2 types of cylinder walls back then my kawasaki dealer said. without tearing it down does any1 know how to tell the difference? dought it but maybe something was designed a lil different on the bike? if any1 can help thanks-a-million

Welcome to the board, you should post in Trikesylvania.
I just did a quick search. There's four KLT110 pistons on ebay right now. Some come with rings or rings are available separate.

If I were you I would take it apart before hand. Its not going to magically fix itself just sitting there. By taking it apart you can get some measurements and see what size piston it has in it, if it needs to be bored out or just honed, and so on. Good luck with whatever you decide. ---------- Jon.
