i emailed the guy asking why it was a parts bike and he emailed me back. he said "parts parts parts parts parts". i think made him mad. :x

Now THAT'S a cream puff! They have declared it a "parts only bike" as a legal technicality. Most government entities would not be overly thrilled about selling "an operational 3 wheeler", and the ramifications that go along with it. They are not as stupid as you might think.

i bet with a simple carb cleaning and new oil this thing would run like new. now im not a specialist on three wheelers but those tires look stock to me. one thing im sure about is that, that trike is nice!

I'm with TimSr. They only refer to it as a parts unit. They are selling the whole trike complete, but in a non running state for "parts only". That is going to make someone a very happy 250SX owner!
