I just found an ad for a 1985 Honda 250r for $1400. I haven't called the guy at all, but here's the ad. What do you guys think?

Could use some tlc and some cleaning, looks to be worth it, maybe offer him 1,200 for it?

if your interested find out what the bore size is,,, he says 290,, that would be a 72mm bore.. it says 4 hours on the topend.. if its that fresh he should know all the info,,if not i say its just a 250,,, but the price isn't to bad... if its really fresh,,
