my buddy just bought a triz this weekend and we rode the piss out of it and then loaded it up to go home and when we got home the shifter would not move so it is stuck in first gear. shifter is super hard to move. i assume it is the shifter fork but not for sure. any help will be appreciated.

Take off the right side case, and theres a 90% chance you will see/find the problem. Good luck, and check a manual if needed.
