250SX parts interchange?

theres a 250sx local, guy says the bolts for the side case are gone. doesnt run, but it looks fairly complete. I know its a shaft drive, so I imagine nothing off it works on trikes such as the 185's 200X's etc. correct? I need the front brake lever,cable, and lever off the hub for my 200, plus a headlight. Im thinking of just picking it up for a later build, or maybe keeping it for parts. But, since I seem to find 185s and 200's I dont want to waste my money on something I'll never be able to use. Jim

The motor parts interchange with the BIG RED and thats about it... SX is a nice trike though!

^ yea the 85-87 250 SX/ES are the same motors. the starter gears and starter reduction gears are different is one big thing.

the rear ends are geared differently by 1 tooth and the gearing is jsut slightly different itn he 2. the SX is obviously setup more of a sporty type.
