i use GN-4 which is Honda oil that is recommended for Honda atv's and atc's. A little pricey but better oil is going to make your motor last longer. Any oil that is designed for motorcycles will work tho. Do not use regular motor oil because it is not designed for wet clutches.

Amsoil 10-40 full synthetic. It's about ten bux a bottle but these things take so little it's worth it. I wouldn't run anything of lesser quality in my 200x motor. For the Ytm-200 that gets spectro 10-40, not synthetic but that stuff has been good too.
I also use the honda oil.

only honda gearlube in the r's
your all gonna think im crazy but run Rotella T 15-40 in the 450. All the mx guys say if you dont wanna dish out for the honda synthetic its the next best thing. Run it and change the oil and clean the filter (stainless) every 2.5 hours in the 450.
