just bought a 200x for some part swappin

hey i just bought a 1984 200x to put the front end on my 81 250r. is this a hard swap? and what other parts can i swap?

I have a 82 250r with a 83-85 200x front on it. it is a big improvment, bigger brake, nice headlight and more travel I think. besides the narrow front.
