Moving and ned advice on a frame.

I got this ES frame with a few free wheelers awhile back. I had planed to build it but now I won't have time nor room for it in my shop. Any idea what the frame is worth? It still has the wiring harnes and some of the compents attached. No idea if they work or not.

scrap price.... frames are tough to get rid of mostly due to shipping cost
