i have been fixing up my 84 t3 and i just replaced the clutch plates .i get on it start it up put it in gear and it goes no where .what could it be .it ran fine when i parked it to start and paint the swing arm .idled fine when i started it .nabye something you guys have had happen before .mabye to much oil i dont know never happened before .

did you soak the plates in oil first?

yes there where actually used plated and had oil on them .

they also have been sitting the in the oil also .since i put them in

you can try rocking in gear, motor off back and forth.sometimes that works

when i put it in gear is is hard to push seems like the clutch isnt disengaging .i will take it apart again to look at it again . i guess
