Lets see what we all use to set our trikes on when we work on them. I am looking for some new ideas.

I've used these stacks of blocking for years. They are usually just 2x4's screwed together. I usually make them in pairs so they're handy for bigger projects (automotive). I have a few sets that are 12" square and one set that is about 16'' square. They all vary in height, but blocking is usually a necessity under a auto frame anyway. A shorter stack works great with an adjustable jackstand to meet a higher framed vehicle. They're handy to throw under a wheeler to pick an end or balance the entire trike on. They are sturdy enough to be laid down sideways if I need it to be lower too. I also use them as stands to paint parts on or weld stuff. A few together with a piece of plywood on top makes a good impromptu work table. Two, a few feet apart, hold a truck axle and don't allow it to roll off when the axle tube is set between the top course of blocks. I often stand on them to reach high up stuff too. If you build these use screws to assemble; nails will loosen over time.

Here's a pic of one holding the front of my SX up toward the end of a front end rebuild in my secret underground facility.

I recently picked up one of the Craftsman ATV jacks. It is very handy. Much easier to lift up the wheeler by oneself. It also works great (with some cut 2x4 adapters) for holding axles up under rigs for mock-up and removing/replacing transmissions or transfer cases.

I use my garage jack with a platform I made that slips over the saddle. Once it's all the way up, I attach tie downs from the four corners of the machine down to the jack and pull em tight. It's surprisingly stable and can be moved around by just the jack handle. Right now mine's sitting on jack stands under the footpeg mounts waiting for new rear bearings to arrive.

I dont have any pics, but I built a stand really similar to a mx bike stand for my 350X... Worked perfect, kept all the wheels and tires off the ground about 3 inches....

Depends what part I am working on. Sometimes I use a bike lift with the atv adapter, but it's usually floor jack, jack stands or a milk crate.

Here is what I use. It used to be an ez lift recliner chair. My nephew works at a nursing home and when the chairs don't look so nice they replace them, so he keeps the lifting mechanism. It works pretty good.

Here's what I use, got the lift from Harbor freight tools. I also use a street bike high stand that I had for my ZRX, back in the day, fits perfectly on the axle

I just use a couple of regular MX stands, kind of a pain to get them on it, especially the 350X but once there up there they are pretty sturdy.
