I'm real mad. My dad scored us a sweet hunting lease near ozona tx 6 hours from houston. It's 7600 acres it's huge I can't describe how big it is but directions included about half a mile past that gate to the left a mile. Here is the kikker NO ATV'S of any kind but he allows utv's WTF I'm not driving my 20,000 dollar truck down those trails to scratched up and flat tires. The guy that runs the place is the game warden. Any ideas on how to convince this guy and the hunting group to let me use my trike.

That stinks......
Why own land if your gonna treat it like fine china??
Keep an eye on it, ask people to "tread lightly" but no ATV's on thousands of acres is CRAZY!!
But a horse that chits all over the place would be just fine I'm sure.......

Ever considered he might not want the liability? Insurance on hunting leases is tricky with ALL sorts of loopholes in it to protect the insurance company.
Prolly not this douchebags reason, but it's one reason we don't allow horses or dirtbikes on our land.

I agree with Goat. Also it is hard telling what this guy has seen as a warden related to ATV's. No, he shouldn't assume all ATV users operate in the same way, but as a land owner it does- when you are a privelaged user.
It's too bad for you, and its ashame that guy isn't more open minded- but if that land is great hunting, I wouldn't even push the envelope. Maybe he will come around in time... JMO

Maybe it's wrong but I let ALL the guys ride on my land be them uneducated, stupid, drunk or all of the above
I have a backhoe so if I'm really concerned I can make things disappear :D
If Deepa or Fabio are suddenly missing, don't blame me.........

The owner is a crimnal lawyer the game warden is the guy that manages the land I'm sure the liabilty is huge but we had to sign waivers if we do something dumb it's our own fault. Plus I don't tear up land I hunt I preserve it to hunt on. Just about half the place a Cadillac could get around fine but the other half not so much my truck is two wheel drive and babied it's an 04 with 52000 miles on it.I don't know if he is hard headed or uneducated. But give me a year and let him see how bad that heavy arse kaboto sxs ruts that place up he will think twice about a 300 lb atc. I have a sxs but it's at my ranch where it gets used as work vehicle not a toy and to remove it for half the year would put my ranch in a bind cause I would then need a 4x4 with a bed to replace it wich would put me back to sqaure one

A drunk with a gun is a lot more dangerous than any off-road vehicle.
