Atc 200 ignition timing

Hey
whats an easy/accurate way to set ignition timing on a 200 without a timing light? How ive been going around it is turning the flywheel till the F line lines up with the marks, then turning the ignition advandcer all the ways counter clockwise (advandced) and lining its tick mark with the one on the pulser coil. (by moving the coil around) Am i doing something wrong? thanks. also, Does anyone know a quick and dirty way to set the jets on the carb?
