That is yet another 2 stroke carb with a fuel enrichening circuit that I could not get to start in 20 degrees, I'll try again, but I don't have much hope.....
A carb is a carb, but unless that cold air let in thru the intake can be closed down with a 4stroke butterfly valve, someone is gonna have to explain to me how to make these work. I bought every pilot jet from 10 to 65, tried every air screw setting and anything else most people would suggest.
I could not get it to start in the cold yet still run well.
I CAN get it to run well in the heat but in the Northeast, we need it all......... :D

The carb is the easy part to find its the aftermarket old school racing intakes that are hard to find . shens

Why not run a primer kit from a jetski or skidoo?

^ Eric, only because I thought I could get it to work and it was terrible to try and tune, so many hours - on off fenders carb tank airbox etc etc etc.... I just got sick of it :(
I'd like to find a VM28mm "GENUINE MIK" with a butterfly choke and work from there :D
I can't make a rubber buffered intake but I can make a smooth solid one that sets up and over or etc etc.......
