The guy I bought it from said he was riding across a trail that went over a gravel road at an angle and basically he lost control in a skid and rolled the thing. He skated by with little injuries to my surprise!

BTW if you look closely at the second pic just below the tool box you can see where the chain has been rubbing away at the frame, that's how messed up the thing was.

I officially finished work on my R. (the bulk of it) I'm very happy with it. I bought it, tore it apart, and finished it summer of 2009. Got a bit of riding time in at the Badlands and really pushed the machine. The people on this forum really helped me through every stage of this build from top end rebuilding, carb tuning, and parts selection. Thanks everyone!

Very inspiring bud. Great detail. Slap some sticker on the shrouds and some prolink stickers on the swinger and she'll be smoking.

I like how you took your time and didnt rush anything. I just got a lonestar for mine. Sure does look sweet. WOW!

Yeah I live in St. John south of the ice arena, 597 local is correct. Hey I saw you for a bit on Cedar Lake, I'm going to add some pics to your thread. You going to be out there this weekend? Not sure on the lake conditions and whatnot....

I love it. Very smooth powerband. I got it along with a bunch of other goodies from esr which swayed my decision against my other pick - the paul turner high rev.

Harry, have you been to silverlake recently? Are they pretty strict on having a spark arrestor and quiet exhaust? Thanks

clutchcargo

They're real strict on the spark arrestor, but I'm not so sure about the noise levels. They didn't check the decibels when we went. Maybe somebody else can confirm if they check the noise level?

Behold!!!
Aren't these old trikes a thing of beauty?
Thanks for saving another trike. And in great fashion I might add.
Looks great.
ENJOY...
