Some friends and I took a ride out on the pipeline last Saturday. One of my buddies (Stan) borrowed my Auto-X. My other friend and I both rode our 86 200X's. My brother rode his 300ex and another friend rode his DS 650. It was a great stress release and it brought back memories of easier times riding with the gang again. A lot of other riders thought it was pretty cool to see trikes on the pipeline again. There hasn't been any out there in a long time. Here are a few pictures.

I wish it was Hawaii........Actually they call it the pipeline because there's a huge gas main in the ground under the riding area.

It's about 1 hour north of Green Bay.....Just outside of Suring, off HWY 32. I can't give you exact road names because I don't know the area well. We always unload at my friends house. he lives right on the trail that heads out to the pipeline. If you want to find this spot just take a ride to Suring and ask at any gas station were the north "pipeline" trail head is and they will be able to give you exact directions (it's only a few miles out of Suring and is a fun riding area). There is plenty of parking. We are planning another ride in a few weeks....your welcome to come along if you would like.

It is a blast out there almost 5 miles of sand, hills, and even some mud if thats your thing. i live on the trail to go there, about 1.4 miles to sand, and was the other 86 atc 200x along that day. My aviator pic is also out there.

Going to be heading out from my house again. Plan on having a grilled out lunch at around noon. We will just ride back to my house from the sand dunes less than 15 minute ride at 30 mph. I am 45 min from Green Bay, 50 Min from Marrinette MI, 1hr from Iron mountain MI, Just under 2 hours from Wausau, and 50 min from Antigo. Very easy to find and just off of the state hwy.
Lots of room for parking and there will be lots of good food.

Looks like a good time. I'm hoping by next summer I'll have a three wheeler with enough power to keep up or have my four wheeler back together.
