My front shocks finally collapsed! Had a great day of playin in the mud. Alright....I have a set of forks from a 200M. has anyone exchanged them, I have heard it can be done. but I want to know about the technicalities, like using the 200es headlight, the brakes, can I use the 200ES tire and rims. I also have a steering bearing set i bought for the 200es, but never put on, will it work on the 200m stem. put y'alls thinking caps on, I have a ride next weekend. soooo looking forward to having hydraulic front shocks!!!!!!!!!!!

i has the same issue. if it's the same as the 200e(think they are) nothign will swap. i ended up cutting off the fron steering stem and replacing it with a 200x and installed a 250sx front end. this made a world of difference!!!

do a search for front end swap under my name and you'll see photos.

200m will fit, do not cut and paste necks..... i believe u need the 200M headlight, but if u weld two tabs to the forks u can use the BR headlight and guard, i will check my dads tomorrow to make sure, but rim, tire, axle, and break set up are the same. also 200s and 185s forks will work in the 200M triples

IMO go with the 200M if u got it, 200ES is a very poor suspension.

When I bought my 200m, it had a headlight mount from a 200e/es welded on, and my old 200e had forks from another 200, and the headlight mount on it was from a 200e, at it was held on with electrical tape, so I made a braket to hold it on.

thanks all, will start on project wednesday, on the 200m axle, the hub only has 2 of the 4 lug studs, do I need to buy honda studs? I wonder since its a 4x130 if the studs are special?? can I get the lug nuts at autozone?
