Hi all, took the 200 out today and its slipping bad when first taking off. Pulled it apart, measured the shoes for the centrifugal clutch, about 2 mm, manual says 4.5mm min. Question on the drum, it has grooves in it that match the shoes Is it supposed to have them? I pulled apart the parts 200s and it has the same grooves, and the shoes aren't much thicker then the atc200.

Also the pulse cover gasket was leaking engine oil bad. Is there supposed to be engine oil in that area or is the cam seal gone?

Thanks

The left side shoes are from the 200s

I dont think its suppose to have grooves in the hub and no oil should be in the cdi cover

Looked at parts break down, yah I see there's an oil seal in it. Another part needed added to the list lol

I put the thicker shoes from the 200s in, its not slipping anymore but have a rattle clunk sound when it first engages.

If it were mine I think I'd look into getting a new hub.
