Looks like part # 07908-ke90200 is what I need, used to be under a different number. I'm missing a few tools from my original tool kit. I looked at a few places online for replacements but they don't have the valve tool in them. Hmmm....

I can get them set but when I tighten the nut the pin wants to move too, and the intake side is KILLING me trying to get my fat fingers in there, LOL.

Anyone use an alternate tool or found a tool (like maybe Auto Zone ??) that works ?? I found them online from $16 to about $24. I'll get one but I'd like to get my valves set and get this thing running.

I've adjusted plenty of valves before but this square pin is whooping my @$$ !!!!

On my Yamaha, I've used a bent square drive gutter screw. Not sure if the 200x is the same size.

square pints are easy! you can use a tiny long nose needle pliers and hold it once you get a box end wrench on it and tighten that way or you can loosen it jsut slightly so when you tighten the nut it turns the end to where you want it to be.

I used to use a real small adjustable wrench, like the kind Sears has for your keychain, but I have since upgraded to the Motion Pro valve adjustment wrenches, best upgrade yet, makes life so much easier. Like this set

Ditto. Don't play around with needle nose and gutterscrews. GET THE CORRECT TOOL. You'll have it for the rest of your life.

Thanks for your responses. I was going to order the HONDA tool, but I may take a hard look at the set linked to above. Thanks again.
