How much hp does a stock 82 R have

Hey i was wondering how much hp does a 82 R have just bone stock i have heard a bunch of different answers

Stock from the factory, your looking at 19-23 horsepower depending on your jetting, altitude, fuel quality/ratio, and some other factors.

18 - 20hp according to Honda. The '81 R's all came from the factory listed at 18RWHP @ sea level and a 6.6/1 compression ratio. About halfway through the '82 model year (I believe production from Sept '81 and on according to the really old Honda service bulletins I've seen) the motor got a head gasket thickness change and revised port timing that gave it 6.7/1 and 20RWHP. There is also a little known but otherwise true fact that in '82, you could get a genuine HRC "boost" bottle and intake as an option from the local dealers - aftermarket companies did also offer them in '81/82. '83 R's came with 21hp ... and the 7.3/1 compression '84's with 24 - 26hp (which I've seen listed from different sources).
