get some epc (rust remover) and tip the trike on the side with the wheel up. pour it in and let it soak for about 1-2 days. you shoudl then be able ot get to it better than you are now. pb blaster can do simular as well. that think i ssooo trashed!!! i would not want to use that wheel or hub. if you only need the frane, easiest is to just cut the ends of the axle off and then proceed with removal of rest.

^^NO, you meathead!!

Is it a 1985 ATC110 frame?, there are no ATC 85 frames to my knowledge

I'm just not sure if the 1984 and earlier frames are the same as my 1985 frame.

So, I have an 195 ATC110 frame if you neede a frame, thats all :D

I myself would not trust that axle./ I'd be too afraid it weaked the metal and woudl cause it to break on use. lol but that's me.

i used nut buster

Pafrig
09-03-2009, 01:48 AM
uh..... i would grind the nut off. just dont screw the threads. aaaahahahaha lame play on words. just hope the guy before you greased the splines. ive got a 80' 185 that was used in a fishing camp in bethel, even a 16lb hammer wont take the hub off.

Grinding the nut without damaging the threads would be nearly imposssible. The thread on the axle and nut are very very fine threads.

How much oil does the 110 hold?

fabiodriven
01-19-2010, 10:12 PM
There is a dipstick you know.

tulsamike3434
01-19-2010, 10:26 PM
I know that but what does the manual call for?

fabiodriven
01-19-2010, 10:36 PM
It's right around a quart. What you're gonna want to do is put some oil in the engine then take your oil cap/dipstick and stick it in the hole in the crankcase where you just put the oil in. Do not thread it in, just dip it. Pull it out and read the level. Fill until desired safe level is reached.
