last time out at silver lake i was alittle disapointed in the lack of bottom end power out of my 86 tecate,it took ALOT of throttle and clutch work just to get it moving but once it was on the pipe it hauled ass:D since then i have been to little sahara with my banshee and realized how much different it ran in the sand with a smaller front sproket. i am planning anothert silver lake trip in september and really want to ride the tecate, the suspension is way better than my banshee's.so with that being said what sproket combo should i put on???also it should be known that fro,m now on this machine will be for dune use only so if it requires a drastic change from its current configuration im ok with it,basically i want to maximize its potetial on sand

It really depends on what size your rear tires are. If you are running 20's, you might want to do like 13/42, which I beleive is stock. The smaller diameter of the 20's (If that's what you run) will bring the gearing down.
