I got my chain and sprocket set today. I got the new sprockets on and loosened the 4 rear end bolts on my 185s. I cannot for the love of god get the rear end to move forward for the new chain. I had the chain adjuster maxed out from the old set and I need the rear end to move in.
Anyone?

i would try a rubber mallet. it should not take to much effort. its probably just a little weathered on.

Got it. I used the chain adjuster the opposite way.

Thanks, the only way I could get the rear end to pivot was to use the adjuster backwards. I tried loosening the 4 bolts and whacking it with my rubber mallet but that didnt do anything.
It just was a pain to move it in when it was only moved out its whole life.
