Hector New York

I may be up in the Hector New York area the end of September for a few days and was wondering if there are any riding areas around there.
Im going up with my wife and a few of her friends. They are all bringing there horses to ride each day.
I was going to bring my 350x up and ride if I can find some places to go.
Would I need a permit or reg. to ride up in New York?
If anyone in that area knows of a place or wants to ride the end of September let me know.

I live in Hector. Nowhere to ride, BUT with reg, many dirt roads are ATV legal, and you can always find trails off the roads. you are gonna have to wing it.

I have Pa, reg. is that ok? How can I find out what dirt roads are atv friendly? Where do you ride? I dont mind driving my truck a little ways to ride for the day.

Check out this place. Only about 40 minutes from Hector. And theres a pretty nice bar right near there called Monterey Jacks. You dont have to be registered or insured either. Let me know when you are coming up and I'll go with ya. Might be able to get us in for free too.
