shock rebuilding

ok i have an 84 250r that i am having a problem with the rear shock. i am pretty sure that it is blown. it bottoms out way to easy when i hit jumps. so badly that my caliper is very close to hitting the frame by the rear light.

what i would like to know is do any of you know of a place that can rebuild rear shocks and possibly set it up for my type of riding. and about how much this costs.
