I have a 83 Suzuki Alt50D, it was running fine than died. I checked for spark from the plug. None. Changed the plug still no spark. Checked the kill switch, Fine. I not familiar with this bike but it has one wire coming from the stator assy up to a black box(coil?) than the spark lead to the spark plug. The only other wires are for the tether kill strap which are fine. How do I check if my stator assy is giving power to the black box(Coil?) or if this box is the problem. All the wires are in good condition and there seems to be no shorts. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
