Here is what I was able to see at the track today. The bike with the pull starter on the seat is what I ended up going home with. I needed it for parts. Like new tires and rims. It was a blast there! Here is the video link...enjoy....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOiw5Lhmqyo

I tried a search on this event but could'nt find much ,did they have a website or brochure or something .I knew it was going on but needed info. How many vendor's were there? I'd like to attend that next year and possible set up a vendor spot,it look's like it would be rite up my alley. So who bought what,Detail's.. Details !!
We went down.
That 250R was 1500.
It was a hit pile of poop and only worth about $800. And half of that would have been for the H-Tracs.
It had about 300 zip ties holding the plastic together.
It is Fun, Roger you would do OK there, but the booth cost is pretty high I think.
We have gone for 3 years.
Last year we cruised 70's as well as this year until 5pm.
We then were alerted that NO ATV's were allowed to be ridden.
Only mini bikes with plates and lights are allowed.
Keep that in mind if you go next year.
Got to meet up with Blue27 and His wife, Vintage Motorsports, And one of the flat track 70 Guys, and his wife.
Blue's mini Tiger, and Mikes Mini ATC were both killer creations.
Good Job guys.

I was there as well this year. Marking a 5th year for me. I go there with a good friend of mine and owner of a dealership. Its always a great time. Saturday nights vintage flat track in Ashland, Ohio is SICK if you hit that up in the same weekend.
Sandpup. This event is held and sponsered by the AMA. They have Vintage Motocross races, Trials events, brand new dealer demos, stunt shows, track racing, sidecar racing. Tons and tons of stuff to do. Don't forget the several acres of swap meet.
The boys from DC plastics were also holding a fort there too!

My buddy went, he is into the vintage Husquavarna bikes, he made a killing on two complete bikes and a bunch of parts at the swap meet. He also races old bikes there.

I was there, we had a blast!!! Meet a lot of people that wanted to talk about trikes or Tigers, Got a chance to meet Mike from Vintage Motorsports and check out that little 250r, sweet build Mike! Talking with the Moshes and Garage Boy, man wish we had more time next time dinner at my camp, lol. Ran into Grundelgrabber buy chance. Everyone way great to talk with. Bummer was the rain on Sat and stopping of ATV use on Sat night (after I was already riding around since Fri morn), but whatever, they could of been a little nicer about it. Did score some parts at good prices, but really just had a good time.
That parrot green US90 sold for 300, not a bad deal, and yea that 250R wasn';t worth 1500. Also the A+ 70 that sold last week on eBAy was there also. You shold of seem me running (on foot) trying to catch him. I did get to talk to him on Sunday befor I headed out.
Alss check out the Japanese Utility Gyro three wheeled scooter.

Got it for $100. Needed only a fork, ended up with a whole machine...I got the engine running this evening. It was the one with the pull starter sitting on the seat.

Nice meeting and chatting with all you fellow 3ww members at mid ohio , its nice to talk to people with the same passion as me , Bruce love that mini tiger you did a fantastic job with it very clean . yea we did get stopped by the mid ohio 3 wheeler cops saturday night . I am going to be making a call to the AMA about this we have been doing mid ohio for the past 6 years and never had any problems riding our 3 wheelers around in fact this is one of the reasons we go . the staff and police were just down right rude and insulting to say the least threatening to impound my machines and talking to me like i was some 10 year old punk. just no need for that alot of people felt the same way .
Yeah, that " new no Atv thing" was rediculous...
No where in the rules, the website, etc.. did it say they were not allowed..
I wont be going back if that is the case.
I did Find a NOS Honda line headlight guard and Grill, new in the bags for 15 bucks...SCORE!

This swap meet is even better than it sounds... No really, I think I would fly from Russia to go to it if I had to...
Anywho... The guys with the V-8 bar stool racer are from around Caledonia- I bought a Honda Urban Express from them last year (one of my best purchases yet).
I used to wear myself out running everywhere, hence I picked up the scooter and spot deals more efficiently   .
I looked for you Mike, and never found you. I didnt look too hard, I get distracted at this sort of event- but I did talk to you last year anyway. I was looking for the same enclosed trailer, but didnt see it.
I may be wrong, but it seemed bigger this year than last. I didnt buy too much stuff, just some NOS Shoei MX helmets, some decals, and some round number plates for my Honda Scrambler.
I didnt however make it to the flat track races. I normally do, but just didnt make it out this year. Those are a blast as well, probably the best racing of the weekend. If anyone ever has the opportunity to go to this event, it is my version of paradise. If I could only make one event a year, this one would be it. I will be buying weekend passes this year, I would have liked to went 3 days instead of one, but couldnt muster up anyone to go.
Hope you guys scored some deals!
