Yamaha Tri-zinger, what premix ratio to use?

I just got a Tri-Zinger 60 with the injector blocked off, what pre mix ratio should I use?

32:1 or 40:1 would work. I use 32:1 in my LT80 because that is the ratio I mix for my tecates.
